Understanding Every Mind

Seamos is a nonprofit organization working to expand access to understanding, education, and support for individuals and families navigating ADHD, Autism, and neurodiversity.

We believe that access to the right information can change the course of a person's life.

Our work helps make complex information easier to understand, connects people with appropriate resources, and creates pathways toward meaningful support, particularly for communities that have historically faced greater barriers to care.

Knowledge is power. Understanding creates possibility.

Why seamos Exists

Beyond Diagnosis. Into Daily Life...

Seamos Social Impact Foundation was created in response to a reality we see in clinic every day: a diagnosis can provide clarity, but families are often left to navigate what comes next on their own.

Even with thoughtful clinical recommendations, too many face barriers to accessing the tools, resources, guidance, and community support needed to turn those recommendations into meaningful, everyday change.

Seamos exists to help bridge the gap. We support neurodivergent children and their families beyond clinical care connecting knowledge to action and creating pathways to greater dignity, safety, access, belonging, and opportunity.

Our Mission

Seamos has a mission for every child to receive understanding, practical support, and the opportunities they need to feel safe, develop with confidence, and participate fully in the world around them.

We increase access to education, resources, and support for individuals and families affected by ADHD, Autism, and other neuro-developmental differences.

We aim to reduce stigma, through a neuro-affirming, person-centered, and community-driven approach. Let us be and thrive.

Who We Serve

Every Community. Every Mind. Every Journey. Neuro-diverse children age 2-18 and their families.

  • Autism

  • ADHD

  • Intellectual disability

  • Language disorders

  • Sensory differences

Seamos prioritizes low-income and underserved communities, as well as families who are newly navigating a diagnosis and may not know where to begin.

Our Philosophy

Understanding Should Never Depend on Access.

For many individuals and families, recognizing that they may need support is only the beginning. For underserved communities, the gap between knowing something is wrong and knowing what to do next can be enormous.

Understanding ADHD or Autism can be complicated. Finding trustworthy information can be difficult. Navigating healthcare, education, and social service systems can feel overwhelming. Financial, cultural, geographic, and informational barriers can make these challenges even greater.

We provide accessible education, practical resources, and pathways to support so that individuals and families can move from uncertainty toward understanding, confidence, and connection.

Build Support With Us

Help turn understanding into real-world change.

No child’s journey should end with a diagnosis or a set of recommendations. Real change happens when families have the resources, guidance, and support to put that knowledge into everyday life.

We welcome families, educators, clinicians, community organizations, funders, and advocates to join us in building a more accessible and supportive future for neurodivergent children where every child has the opportunity to feel understood, develop with confidence, and thrive.
